    Cons

Rude staff, strict dress code, most of the employere are lazy , you have to pay for everything , have to be to work really early

    Pros

Working with the children is a lot of fun. You Learn somewhat knowledgable information for the education work field

    Cons

Horrible supervisors, favoritism, and petty management. Positions are divided. Such as teachers and teachers assistants are put on pedals as if they're better than or know any more than paraprofessionals. Fire people with no remorse. If they like you they'll excuse certain unexceptable behavior. Belittle and Talk to paraprofessionals rude. Teachers, TAs, Therapists and all other "higher level" positions get away with doing whatever. Some of the teachers are lazy and fell as though they don't have to help the paraprofessionals with anything. Makes coming tin work unenjoyable and annoying. Paras pay is very low for all that's expected of you

    Advice to Management

Treat staff better and raise the pay.

    Pros

Working with the students is very difficult but very rewarding. Training offered at the beginning is not enough to deal with all student needs

    Cons

Not enough training, constant changing of staff and assigned classrooms. Sometimes was placed in violent situations without proper training.

    Advice to Management

Over more classes and training for new staff. Also find more opportunities for all staff members to refresh skills and training.
