Monday - Friday with weekends and holidays off.
Cons
Cost of health insurance is high. With their employer health insurance plan any provider outside of Saint Luke's is out-of-network. You have to use your earned paid time off for holiday pay. No bonuses for nurses. Appears to be little room for advancement or learning opportunities on the corporate side of the company.

There's not a whole lot of room for advancement within the system aside from small but regular raises given you get a good performance review.
