    Pros

Caring staff, opportunities to promote, increased pay for certifications, respect among staff members, two charge nurses, self scheduling, friendly, faith-based mission

    Cons

currently no merit raises, increased the nurse to patient ration from 1:4 to 1:5, older monitors, older equipment, lower pay

    Advice to Management

listen to the nurses opinions and conerns, don't just implement something without discussing with staff how it will affect those at bedside, try to promote retention of employees, reduce ratios
