    Great coworkers, Magnet hospital, tuition reimbursement, free parking for employees.

    Cons

    Management does not really co-governance, makes decisions without employee input, high turnover of middle management.

    Pros

    no micromanagement, good salary , benefits were good but cut everyone 3 days last year

    Cons

    poor management manager has never done the job does not a a masters and was put into the position because of who they knew , no communication never know what is new changing, do not even know if someone out sick until you get an e- mail that you are covering a floor in addition to your own assignment

    Advice to Management

    Communication is key to employee satisfaction !!!!!!

    New Grads are required to work 3 months unpaid if they wish to work at saint peters.

    once an internal employee, it is easy to move around in the company
    everyone is so friendly
    great environment to get comfortable
