Great co workers! Great pay, good benefits and great PTO. Centrally located in Midtown in the heart of Nashville.
Cons
Management didn't really have it together.. high turn over rate. But that was the first year Baptist got bought by ST. Thomas so it may be better now. On you like children, couldn't even go to the bathroom with out announcing it

have a more stable work environment and not treat employees like children

Educational opportunities, many great co-workers, good place to gain nursing experience
Cons
After Mr. Hastings was gone management went to hell. I have never seen such underhanded dealings, cliques and inflated egos in an administrative staff! The hypocrisy is shameful!
Advice to Management
Go back to the values that you once had. Since moving to the new location you have lost sight of what is important-patient care!
