Referral Coordinator

Work environment is great for the most part. Its like your second family. Definitely Teamwork based. Monthly meetings to keep everyone informed on changes, potlucks/ Birthday Celebrations to boost morale.
Cons
Bilingual pay is not given. Even though all clinics are supposed to work the same, there isn't a unified process that everyone follows. It makes it difficult when working with other offices to get things done. System training is done on the job, no official training prior to doing your actual job. Raises don't come by easy, if you do get one its only cents. Don't expect to get dollar increases. Supposedly the raises are based on budget.

Great working environment and People
Aug 7, 2019 - Contract Specialist in Nashville, TNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Interesting and challenging work. I work with and for the most part have met wonderful people. All are very dedicated to their positions and are good at it. Busy but pleasant work environment.
Cons
Not enough (nor time for) good communication between groups or individuals dealing with the same issues. Too often it appears the left hand does not know what the right is doing.
