I have been working at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The discount was lowered to 25% but Saks Fifth Avenue one remained at 40% which is okay

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Be more organized , lead by example if you want things out of your staff you yourself have to actually do them and not just talk about them.
