    I enjoy people and fashion. I function in a position whereas I can assist customers with the newest trends and service the company because I love their products.

    I stand a lot on this job and your hours of work is based on store sales.

    you get a great discount of between 20-40%
    You get your hours
    you get double discount days when you get up to 80% off

    Cons

    the employees they self and very messy and will spread rumors about you so you will sometimes fill uncomfortable around some people also sometimes i would get out of there at 11 at night depending on the manger

    I really enjoyed my job not much to say about the management i had some great mangers who got to know there employees and where very reasonable

    Pros

    Saks has high-end merchandise and I was exposed to many products and merchandising. We had superior training in customer service and branding Saks Fifth Avenue.

    Cons

    Sometimes the schedule was changed and a Sales Associate all over the selling floor. In a way this was both a pro and a con because you learned about the entire selling floor and many departments

    More education on sales quotas and expectations,

    Great inviroment to work. Coworkers are friendly and helping each other close sales .

    Cons

    Slow traffic store . It's a big plus if you have your own customers.

    Cons

    The only cons I can think of are what you get with any retailer - long hours and working holidays.
    Not for you if you do not have a clientele that you can bring into the store. Foot traffic is light.
