Mar 28, 2023 - Medical Office Assistant in Salem, ORRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Benefits are great, friendly staff easy hiring process. Provides are outstanding to work for, I enjoy serving our patients day in and out. Providing best quality care, as we all work as a team and that's the best part, MOA, MA, RN and providers we can come together and work well for the patient.
Cons
Mental burnout, unable to take pto when desired, overworked. Inconsistent standard works for different departments, favorites and unreasonable expectations.

How much is your soul worth?!
Apr 11, 2023 - Surgical TechnologistRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
company passes along profits via occasional bonuses to all employees; competitive salary; descent health insurance and 401k.
Cons
They operate under Kaizen theology (which sounds good but really is a joke). The hierarchy is communistically governed. I feel as if I work in Communist Russia of years ago. They really ruin good employees and retain toxic ones. It's quite inbred and they REALLY don't welcome independent thinkers. They hire 80% new grads (easier to indoctrinate) in all departments...and then they leave after 2 year commitment is up, which is why they're so under staffed. If you can tolerate all of this and fly under the radar, you'll be fine.
