    - A lot of money making opportunities - Heard its good for people who are not doing front end sales

    Cons

    - Tons of pressure - No personal life, or respect to the fact that you are a mother to an infant. Yes there are rooms to pump milk, courier facility to ship it if you are traveling but none of these things matter when there is no time to look after your child and all that is expected out of you is travel to customer sites - Too much power in the hands of Manager, his/her personal liking or disliking would decide if...

    - Please treat humans as humans and not as a money-making machine - The idea of CHILL is not loads of F words and Alchohol - Give enough time for people ramp up before you start deciding on their competency to do the job - Don't advocate culture and values when there is not much for the biggest team of your workforce- SALES

    I have been working at Salesforce full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    I was working as a contractor at Salesforce for several years and was very impressed with the company culture. They have an incredible sense of inclusion and really value their employees. The work/ life balance is incredible and there is a lot of management encouragement to spend time with the family.

    Cons

    I can't think of any cons... it's likely the most rewarding company that I've worked with.

    The Core values are amazing and it's so great to work with my team at Salesforce!

    Pros

    Visionary and extraordinary products that continue to take market share. Long term vision balanced with execution focus to meet and exceed Wall Street expectations. M&A reflects humility that other companies have certain capabilities that are better to buy than try to catch up to internally.

    Cons

    F&S leadership is floundering - they delay communicating bad news and let the rumor mill run amok, while they post cursory cheerleader-positive messages all the time on Chatter about work anniversaries. The finance team's technology is a decade behind and it will be at least another two years before they catch up - in the meantime, leadership are holding F&S headcount basically flat so workloads are piling up....

    Drop the dual-CEO structure; it slows down decision making and creates ambiguity in acute situations. A company at this scale needs Keith as the sole CEO and for Marc to take a step back as an adviser. To the CFO: actually live the “trust” value by being upfront with your people.     Company is imploding. The 3-4% annual merit raises aren’t good enough. Existing employee salaries are sub-par. No RSUs or stocks given to employees anymore. Incentivization by pay is a distant dream. Management and upper management take the meat of the money - typical of any company getting avaricious.     Pros

    The recruiter reached out to me within 24 hours of applying. She explained each step of the process and it went very quick. Within 2 weeks I had 2 interviews (one video, 1 panel) and a formal offer.

    Cons

    Slightly misleading upfront about the salary, bonus and stock. The offer was still good, but the first conversation with the recruiter indicated higher salary, bonus plus stock potential each year.

    Advice to Management

    Keep focusing on our associates and the SF Ohana. It makes it such an engaging and motivating place to be.
