    They do not just talk about great place to work, they are doing things every day to make it one. Great culture, great benefits, great people, great leadership...need I say more?

    Can not think of any...

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. Do not let the growth and acquisitions erode the culture. Thank you for all you do for the communities in which you operate and the employees.

    Pros

    Speaking from my personal experience:
    -My manager is awesome, listens to me and helps me to problem solve
    -There are answers everywhere, I never feel left in the dark
    -Attitude of "do what makes you happy"
    -Ability to move to new roles, take on more if wanted
    -Top of the line benefits, perks, parties
    -I always feel appreciated
    -I absolutely 100% LOVE my job

    Cons

    -Whenever I think of one, my manager and I work together to change it

    Advice to Management

    Take employee feedback seriously. If people write bad reviews, its because their concerns haven't been heard. Lets change that.

    Pros

    Salary is basically higher than the industry average. My colleagues are reasonable and easy to work with. I think this work environment makes us employees friendly.

    Cons

    To be able to perform well, you need to work harder of course. It's a bit tough when you start. You can overcome it if you know how / when / who you have to ask right questions.

    Pros

    - You get what you put in: If you work hard, stay focused, learn to sell the full portfolio, this will result in sales success
    - Great product portfolio that has measurable impact with customers.
    - Few competitors on the core product side and customers tend to love the platform and it's very sticky
    - Competitive comp
    - Good on-boarding & enablement
    - Great teamwork & family culture (Ohana)
    - Fun sales environment, great people

    Cons

    Territories are tiny and it's becoming harder and harder to sell new products in to the installed base. You'll struggle hitting your # if your installed base has already consumed a large portion of the core product portfolio.

    Advice to Management

    It's time to re-think the territory management strategy across the board. The feast or famine dynamic is not sustainable and you're going to see increasing attrition in sales and your customers and sales culture will suffer. Fix it.
