Pros
Left 2 stars here because at one time, this was a 5 star destination. Good benefits (as long as they stay, they've been taking them away over time as Salesloft grows and revenue dries up). Amazing people to work with at the peer level, some of my best career times have come from being in the trenches with top class people around me. Still supporting remote work (for now).
Cons
The wheels fell off this car once Vista entered the picture, as it often does with private equity transactions. Constant turnover, particularly at the senior/upper management level leads to incredible swings in directional change. Way too much micromanaging from those above you on the org chart, especially as desperation to hit numbers increases. No chance at upward mobility, that time has passed by, it will now only be external outside hires, probably from wherever executives used to work as they get the band back together here. Way too much emphasis on DEI and not enough on generating revenue. No worthwhile training programs are built internally, you'll be lucky to get any financial approval to go on your own to get better. Pay is below market rate and they know it.

Former Lofter - Thank you for sharing your perspective with us. We value your feedback. Since working with Vista, we launched a game-changing new product in Rhythm, elevated our learning and development programs like LEAD, invested in our ERGs, and grew the total number of Lofters. Change is essential for progress. If you have more insights or suggestions to share, please reach out. -Katie Branham, VP People
