    Pros

    A very bad experience, no pros at all.

    Cons

    Poor salary, poor training, bullying culture swept under carpet when issue raised, poor HR department who can't get anything done on time or in the right way, poor management.

    Address the bullying and you'll be halfway there.

    Cons

    Salford are focusing on protecting the areas that matter the most to people, but ultimately there is no hiding from some of the impact that Tory cuts will make.

    Excellent support and good working arrangements. Clear lines of management and opportunities for expanding skill base

    Cons

    Limited availability for progression. Decreases in government funding have led to reductions in services, reductions in staffing and cessation of training.

    Advice to Management

    Ensure that staff are fully involved in all consultations and are made fully and appropriately aware of changes in a timely manner.
