    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Salford City Council part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Public Service, KPMG review, friendly colleagues, AGMA

    Cons

Was discriminated against after maternity leave: my line manager refused to manage me and senior management was not proactive in getting the problem resolved. I was also refused access to training to gain a professional qualification.

    Cons

Management do not care about the work force. The attitude is 'your getting paid and in work aren't you?' The amount of stress my manager put on me and my workers was intolerable. People in HR were expected to fire people including themselves due to the government cuts.
