    Great People always willing to help you grow. Opportunities to learn and grow. High premium paid for ability to work well with others.

    Cons

    Often look hours and, at times, what seems to be arbitrary evaluations.

    Advice to Management

    Change focus from speedy service to greater client education to prevent increased callbacks and reduce future conflicts. Consider providing more refinancing options

    Best paying call center I've ever worked for. Overall nice environment and friendly coworkers. Good management.

    Cons

    Stressing job, dealing with angry customers all-day. Dumb rules at the call center: no food, no cellphones
