    Pros

    Great products and fast paced, dynamic environment. The expectations are high and strong performers are rewarded.

    Cons

    Not a con, but you have to be ok with high expectations and lots of change. If you aren't, you won't successful.

    Pros

    Lover my job! My experience has been fantastic! I am a goal driven person and if you are passionate and want to grow there many opportunities. This is a very high energy company.

    Cons

    You need to be able to multitask. This is not your normal retail. You need to be very knowledgeable about what you are selling. If you are not passionate or willing to learn new things this is probably not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep valuing the employees. I have never worked for a company where Senior Management is always available to its employees, it's amazing.

    Fast paced ever changing retail like environment. If you dont embrace change and want a job that is the same every day than this probably isn't for you.

    Pros

    Its a fun job. You're helping your customers build their business which is also building yours. Potential to make a lot of extra money in monthly sales.

    Cons

    You'll get the occasional list of things to do with unrealistic timelines. Yearly pay raises aren't great, especially when under .25 cents.

    Advice to Management

    Higher hourly wages and yearly raises. You get what You pay for. We could have much better staff if we paid more.

    Pros

    Advancement opportunities,benefits and flexible hours. You work with a close team which is great! We get tons of education & training is always improving. The company is really trying to find ways to improve processes, to work smarter and not harder. I believe that the company has improved a lot of the years & I love my job.

    Cons

    Some store leaders are not very fit for management roles and can cause a lot of conflict in some stores which is what causes the turn over to be terrible . I do feel like the company is moving in the right direction to identify those manager and start over fresh.

    I have been working at SalonCentric part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I'm working part time but am getting the most hours they can give. I get great pay! I know I got a little better pay due to experience. You get an amazing discount not only at salon centric but on every brand owned by Loreal. It's a simple job and there is a lot of learning! I love it!

    Cons

    You're on your feet the whole time and putting away the shipment can be difficult sometimes, but there are lots of resources to get help!

    Advice to Management

    Mostly just keep it up! I love my manager and she's very easy to talk to. Management is some of the best I've had.
