    Pros

great money every night, in depth training really prepares you as far as menu knowledge goes

    Cons

perfection should be added to their core values list because apparently you have to be perfect and have a perfect reason or excuse of everything or they'll fire you lol never miss a shift doesn't matter why never miss it :)

    Advice to Management

maybe don't get my hopes up and tell me "[you] should be good" when I call to explain why I missed a shift. Maybe just tell me don't bother coming in instead of letting me embarrass myself lol also y'all need to quit with changing the sections every 5 minutes when a shift starts.

I worked at Saltgrass Steakhouse part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -discount on food
-ambiance is very beautiful and traditional
And that's pretty much about it lol
I really wish I had more to say but this place really sucked to work at.

    Cons

    Wow...where to start..
Firstly, the training is like a 2 week program. unfortunately for me, it was like a month training program because finding a trainer was so hard and it was very brutal to endure, pretty much to the point they said you either you get it or your FIRED. Secondly, some of the co workers are very "brutal" to work with, it's just so awkward and don't even get me started on management. Management sucked and if something wasn't done one way, it needed to be done another way. it's just so mentally stressful because one manger liked it one way and another wanted it another way . So I ended up calling and saying that I needed to quit lol. Moral of the story, if you like doing all the crappy side work and always being reminded your doing something wrong THEN THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!!!!

    Advice to Management

don't be so unorganized and understand communication is key and btw "bre" don't be so stuckup. Have a blessed day now (:

I worked at Saltgrass Steakhouse full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I wish I had something good to say about company but has truly been the worst company I have ever worked for in over 6 years of my work experience.

    Cons

Management that is super masculine in every kind if sense. Hire people based in looks vs qualifications. This company holds strong values of treating employees different if they are not a white male in 20s-30s. Also tip sharing makes no sense and uniform is the worst I have ever came across. If you want to have low self confidence this is the place for you. Also know if anything happens to you while working their hr department could care less about you. Don't get me wrong I am a extremely positive person but this company is an embarrassment to society at its finest. Believe non of managers are even college educated. Just beware before you think twice about working here.

    Advice to Management

    I believe I said enough.
