I have been working at Salvation Army full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly co-workers and managers. Days are flexible. Management isnt on your back, good first time job.

    Cons

Pay is on the low side. Would recommend for a first time job but not as a long term job. Dont always have necessary equipment. A lot of heavy lifting. Only one full-time position per store so less chance in getting full-time. Not much opportunity to grow in company. Some higher ups, dont listen to their stores needs or problems
