    Pros

So much! The experience, the people, the flexibility! There is much to be said about this wonderfully contagious environment. My co workers were good people.

    Cons

    Pay
Limited full time opportunity isn’t much ways to advance unless you have been in it for a while. There really isn’t much else

I worked at Salvation Army full-time

    Pros

It is a well rounded company that is faith based and cares about people

    Cons

Needs more flexibility in how they provide services for families especially those in disenfranchised neighborhoods

    Advice to Management

Think about how people feel when they build a relationship with an officer and then that officer is removed. The residents have to learn to trust another oerson all over again, making sustainability to decrease with each new change.
