I worked at Salvatore Ferragamo full-time for less than a year
Pros
Biweekly/free dry cleaning for provided uniform, elegant store, decent pay, decent overall benefits, VP of retail (Peter, who works out of Rodeo store) and some other high corporate figures had a good spirit about them and seemed to genuinely want the best for all.
Cons
Fair bit of gossiping. The POS system and logistics system were shockingly outdated, considering the brand’s prestige. All of the staff and management have good qualities to them, but there seemed to be a sense of disharmony that hung in the air during my time.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Salvatore Ferragamo full-time for more than a year
Pros
Company offers a lot of benefits and incentives for all employees. Most generous compared to other companies I've worked for.
Cons
If you've ever worked commission based retail, very "sharky" employees who will do anything for a sale (or try to steal a sale). Management won't do much.

Pros
The product is good and sells itself. Flexible hours. Strong team environment.
Cons
Can be boring when slow. Client tracking is tedious. Easy to become complacent or unmotivated.
