    Pros

You get Membership card for free.the Co workers that work here are friendly. You get good health, dental, and vision insurance.

    Cons

Don't staff enough people at night. People quit because too much work for the pay. Do not miss a lot of days on your probation period because they are quick to fire employees .

    Advice to Management

The management need's to put the qualified employees in the higher positions. The ones that are in those positions now don't qualify.
