    Pros

There's always something to do and time goes by fast hands down the best job I ever had and I loved it

Early and late hours around holidays and barely no hours after the season is over but overall not many cons

I have been working at Sam's Club full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Somewhat flexible schedule
    PTO is good
    Friendly environment and coworkers
    Good hours
    Yearly bonus

    Cons

Underpaid for the amount of work expected (might depend on the manager)
Opportunities of advancement depend on who you're friends with.
Miserable yearly raise (2% of current wage, which is about 22 cents)
If someone calls in, you better be prepared to work 2-3 jobs at once because managers don't bother calling someone in to help.

    Advice to Management

Learn how each department works and how things are done so you don't set unrealistic expectations for your employees and then get mad when they can't meet them.
