    Pros

    Decent pay for a part-time cashier job, cafeteria food is nice, and free membership while you're working there

    Cons

    Long hours, hectic work, store is forced to fulfill membership upgrade quotas so management will keep hassling you if you don't have many

    Pros

    Ability to work a flexible schedule, all positions required no brain power, little to no stress, easy to move up

    Cons

    Little pay, you will always work short handed, you will have to be open to moving if you wish to move up

    Management was usually great

    Pros

    Good company in the midst of trying to improve itself to keep up with the industry and competitors.
    There is room to change careers without leaving the company.
    Pay and compensation is good.

    Cons

    Leadership changes strategy quite often. Many time this causes waste of effort and impacts many associates.
    Last minute changes often cause uncertainty and chaos.

    Advice to Management

    Stabilize on a core strategy.
    Communicate better to your associates.
    Take better care of your associates.

    Pros

    Great co-workers, Fast paced, free food, nice pay,
    Can cross train.

    Cons

    Co-workers WILL throw you under the bus to move ahead or look good in managements eyes.
    Fast paced because they will depend on you to do slackers jobs,
    The better job you do ,the lower you become on that totem pole.
    Must be in the IN click. They want your loyalty, but wont give you theirs,
    No pay increase for doing work in high level jobs. The keep you coded in lower paying dept.

    Stand up for good employees.
    Have better communication with you employees,

    Great hours great discounts and while working for Sam's club you get a free membership

    Cashier sucks do not apply run!!!!!!

    Fire everybody and get a whole new management
