I have been working at Sam's Club full-time

    Pros

Great place to work, warehouse business segment of parent company Walmart.
Big box retailer in which you can learn how the business works.

    Cons

Hard to find their own identity since they are always chasing Costco. As a result, the home office management is constantly changing instead of focusing on their own strengths.

    Advice to Management

Stop following and focus on what bought you to the dance.
