    Pros

    Potential for good amount of work hours.

    Cons

    Schedules are not kept. Forced to work late. No real structure to job. Too much confusion and inconsistency on the floor duties.

    Advice to Management

    Solve the problem of understaffing and trying to maintain any productivity and moral among employees who are always new or quitting because of stress or lack of training.

    Pros

    Opportunity for advancement , flexible scheduling, amazing co workers, free membership, able to learn all areas of the club, you can meet people from all walks of life.

    Cons

    Availability issues ruin your chances of getting hours, no loyalty, no matter how long you have been with company everyone gets the same raise.

    Have your TLs back when they make decisions

    Pros

    Great hours, we are open from 9-7 Mon.- Fri and 9-6 on Saturday. Not open on Sundays. Not too busy. Pretty good customers.

    Cons

    Management could use some work. A little difficult to work with but I've been doing it for so long he doesn't really bother me.

    Pros

    Good health benefits and profit sharing.

    Cons

    Management was revolving door. Lots of office politics. Poor leadership. Employees were underpaid compared to Costco.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to employees and get feedback. Provide open forum for discussion. Lead by example. Communicate with employees without using intimidation tactics.

    Pros

    Decent pay and benefits. The store is closed for six holidays a year for associates to spend time with family. The store also doesn't open till 10 on sundays

    Cons

    Long hours which translates to no work home life balance. High production and cleanliness standards without the payroll dollars to achieve the goals

    Pros

    Good Pay, Good training hours, get a free membership card

    Cons

    Not great training so unless you learn quickly your in trouble, a lot of manual labor, they cycle through managers often which makes it harder for you if you need a set schedule
