I worked at Sam's Club part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They pay good and the people are highly welcoming. I worked there 2 times. I left the first time and they hired me again and honestly I would go back again if I didn't have so much bills.

    Cons

Not enough hours available but still worth it if you don't have much bills. This is a job for everyone.

    Advice to Management

Don't change the way you all are just add more hours. Love you all.

I worked at Sam's Club (More than a year)

    Pros

Overall great company for young adults
Offers plenty of hours and the pay is decent
The hiring process is easy. Just come in, answer the basic interview questions, then go to take your drug test. If you pass the drug test, then you're hired (my experience).

    Cons

You have to work very hard
    Little breaks available
Sometimes having to work in areas that is not in your job description when staff is short or it's a busy day
