The pay scale is at parade with other National Retailers.

I worked at Sam's Club full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to expand your experience on large scale projects and work with teams from across the organization at all levels.

    Cons

Culture is changing. Not the Walmart Sam envisioned with loyalty for hard work. If you are part of the "in" clique, then you are golden. Lots of red tape and lack of direction. Constant changing to your role and responsibility as reorgs happen several times a year.

    Advice to Management

Define the company and who you are targeting. Stop changing directions every 6 months. Some results take time to see if the new direction is working.
