I worked at Samaritan Hospital (Troy) part-time

    Pros

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Samaritan Hospital (Troy) part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed working the weekend track, where you also were able to get benefits, and at a full time rate just for working every weekend.

    Cons

Parking isn't always the greatest, you take your chances parking on the street or even on site. Twice my car got vandalized.

    Advice to Management

Encourage continuing education, and personal development. Better staff to patient ratios based on acuity and not just numbers.
No matter what, I don't advise getting rid of the LPNs! PLEASE don't!
