    Everyone was very friendly, and I enjoyed working with the patients. They offer a great benefits package, including dental, health, vision, and life insurance and a great deal of PTO.

    I would have appreciated more opportunities to grow.

    Incorporation of new technology was emphasized and education was thorough to keep staff up to date on best practices.

    Cons

    Poor staffing at the time, with a great deal of difficulty keeping positions filled. Very low RN salary compared to other parts of the Northeast US.
