    there are a lot of engineers, makteters and designers
    too many vertical department, levels are too layered

    Very vertical structure
    Nonclear perfomance evaluation

    Advice to Management

    Needs to reduce quite many interventions from various staffs & VPs and allow not manager, practically working engineer to make decisions

    Pros

    Nothing much to recommend. This company sucks.

    Cons

    Bad management
     - the magement should listen to what employees are saying.
     - some of the management may yell you for nothing (seriouslly)
     - most of the management guys does not know too much about their business domain

    - Don't lie to your employees and listen to what your people are saying
    - Stop listening from the upper management and just delivering messages
    - Don't yell over nothing.
