    I have been working at Samsung Electronics as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    As world class company, it is a great opportunity to work for to collaborate with various excellent vendors worldwide. Internally, there are also many engineers/experts to work with. It is truly the best learning experience.

    The working culture has been improved in recent years. It is possible for work-family balance as average weekly working hour is around 45 hours.

    Cons

    Korean culture still dominates the working culture, although few foreigners are present. It will take some time to blend in.

    As being one of most top electronic and Mobile device manufacturer, you can experience working and collaborating with massive members and teams. Also most projects are big on budget and members.
    Can experience working in most projects with not only local members but with global team and members.

    Cons

    Being to big company, all decisions is slow and some times you can feel like you are just a part in huge organization instead of being a member of the project or team.

    Keep doing the changes what is doing and try not to stay the success what has been archived.
