    Pros

    Good compensation for Noida area.

    Cons

    Too much office politics. Korean VIP-ness gives inferiority complex at times.

    Look at interns well. They can influence the quality of full time intake subsequently.

    Good pay, bonuses twice a year based on company performance as well as individual performance.

    Usually one gets to travel , mostly to Korea.

    Cons

    Bad, legacy code, parts of which isn't understood by almost anyone in the team/company.
    Rigid policies. Snobbish HR ; despite being a tech company, policies are framed mostly neglecting Engineer happiness.

    Snobbish HR ; despite being a tech company, policies are framed mostly neglecting Engineer happiness. Being a little more open and adventurous would help, instead of being a rigid body.

    You get to work on latest upcoming technologies, salary + bonus is good

    Cons

    Employees not empowered, 8.5 hours workday forcefully implemented, you maybe tested on your programming skills even after joining company

    Pros

    Comfortable job, pretty good salary. Hard to find 20 words to write in this section, that's why i have to fill randomly.

    Cons

    Not much career development, stays pretty stagnant, working on similar things year after year.Not much trust between HR and technical people,

    Try to listen to the concerns of the employees, trust and quality of work, they are pretty related, and try to be fair to everyone.
