    1. The highest management is generally good. 2. Entry level engineers are good.

    Cons

    1. Middle management is generally not good - so no mentorship. 2. A lot of repetitive tasks to work on. 3. Your college decides your compensation, not your work. 4. Korean engineers are treated like gods. 5. Terrible pandemic policies - 70% employees were asked to stay in Bangalore even when they were working from home. 6. No WFH was allowed pre pandemic - you had to stay in the office for an average of 9 hours daily every month even when you had no work.

    Uneven distribution of workload sometimes. No Work From Home provision before Pandemic.
