Comfy job at the cost of real growth
Jan 11, 2017 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Perks that keep frustration in check at times. Getting used to the free food and non-stimulating work can make one comfy in their jobs for the long haul.
Cons
Quality of work is dismal in most teams and only a few lucky ones (selected randomly) end up working on some innovative projects. Too many shifts in structure and policy also can displace one of their goals, if any, at Samsung.
