    Great projects , good pay
    Good location
    Thi job helped me grow from a mid to senior position. I had lot of flexible projects to choose from.

    Cons

    DSI has some lousy senior management. I heard things got really messy after 2016. Only people who butter the management survive there.
    HR thinks it’s an elementary school

    Advice to Management

    May be you are at the end of your career, so you don’t worry about real technology growth, but that does not mean you have to be a bottleneck for young innovators.

    I worked in Bangalore R&D for three years.
    Luckily I was able to find good people and good projects on which I got to work. So specifically for me it was a learning experience.

    Cons

    Senior people are less involved in the development work thereby creating a gap that becomes difficult to cover.
