I have been working at San Antonio College full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

good place to work, nice people, good culture

    Cons

the push for graduation numbers is more important than educating students. College seem more concern with national status than education. Students are not being held accountable.

    Advice to Management

Get your priority straight. These students we generate are not prepared for the work force.
