    Approves of CEO

I have been working at San Bernardino County full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    It has a reasonable pay.

    Cons

Even when you are ambitious, it is hard to move up with so many employees being here for 20 years or more, at their highest level, and waiting for retirement. The endless gossip, including from management, creates an unprofessional environment. The ISD Department being outsourced is a real possibility.

    Advice to Management

Stick to what you are supposed to do.
