    Pros

Good people, good cause, nice relationship with the community.

    Cons

You need to work a lot of Saturdays. When you work extra, you get time off, but only on a 2:1 ratio.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent with employees and if you want them to do something differently be direct.

  2. "Amazing cause but not worth it"

    Pros

It is an amazing cause that keeps you motivated to do an amazing job for the people that you serve. Working with the Fire Service and Burn Survivors is amazing.

    Cons

The most recent executive director that was hired has basically ruined the staff. People are leaving, the ones that are still there are miserable.

    Advice to Management

Advice to the board: get a new CEO that will respect the staff and the cause.
