    Pros

The Staff is a wonderful group of people that really care about Patients and do the best they can with what they have to work with

    Cons

    The Union is horrible
Upper Management couldn't care less about their employees
Staff turnover is OUTRAGEOUS I mean it is really unbelievable. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business, I cant see it lasting much longer.

    Advice to Management

Need to learn how to value employees. Provide proper training to every employee, especially knowing that they hire staff right out of school.

    Pros

Great locations throughout San Jose, especially the Willow Glen neighborhood. There is a good work-life balance. Coworkers and management team are fabulous to work with.

    Cons

Pay is severely below market. The union is awful and could care less about the employees they represent...truly negligent.

    Advice to Management

Leadership should seek out employee input for suggestions on ways to improve the organization. Focus efforts on employee development. The CEO should rely on the leadership team to step up and be the experts in their area rather than making unilateral decisions without consultation or support of the rest of the leadership team.
