Pros
Spent 2 years working for San Saba Royalty and I must say I grew quite a bit. I’ve been able to grow in my career thanks to what I learned while I was there.
Cons
While I was at San Saba Royalty Company the Health Insurance package wasn’t the best, it’s my hope that it’s gotten better.

Pros
Worked with them on a couple of projects a couple years back and they where very hands on and helpful. I doubt there are many employment agencies that are this helpful. I think its a great place to work at.

Pros
Leadership encourages employees to bring ideas and new ways of thinking. They take the time to understand what the teams do and ask important questions about their concerns and suggestions on how to improve. They sure take action and live the San Saba Royalty beliefs. They always share important initiatives from senior leadership, so that the team members do not feel out of touch. San Saba Royalty is focused on long-term solutions and supports employees to be able to do their work and achieve goals.
