    Positive Outlook

I worked at SanBio full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Management team welcomed exploratory science leading to new cell product applications. Office manager planned fun holiday parties and the company accountant always made sure paychecks are on time.

    Cons

The ancient ice machine broke, got serviced, broke, got serviced, broke, got serviced ...

    Advice to Management

Please, buy a new ice machine.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at SanBio full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Interesting Investigational Product in stem cells

    Cons

Poor leadership in the Clinical Operations department, horrible benefits, no room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Take a very close look at who you have running the ClinOps department and evaluate if they are truly qualified. If they are lying about having a PMP and CCRA certification, are they really the type of person you want running the studies essential for your company.
