Too much politics , High level management in USA get decisions according to middle management and not from the engineers in the field ... some projects needs are not really taking the company to better locations in innovation aspects.

Very good Work and Life balance. Good team work atmosphere. Senior management willing to share business plan and outlook with all employees. Great mix of people

Long working hours during peak times. Management likes to keep the company running very lean, which means most departments are bordering on being understaffed. Most managers are working managers, which is fine. But some people do not make this assumption.

Poor communication and product planning. Even less communication and organization within project teams. Work life balance is rough if you're the Senior guy - turn over rate at SanDisk is high which means you'll quickly be the one with the most tribal knowledge. This means you'll be doing more work.
