    Pros

Most locations try to uplift and teach Supervisors

    Cons

Salary with oftrn very long hours, including occ. Saturday, poor Communications between uppper Management and line supervisors. Some locations " clicked" up and if u are not part of the inn crowed (i was outsider due to skin color and national origin), if not friends w/ Management no merit raises and frequent write ups even for things you are not even responsible for.
Been to many plants and only noticed these unfair practices in Waco Texas

    Advice to Management

Listen to line supervisors, but keep in mind everyone is human. If more than a few hourlies have the SAME complaint there is something there< where there's smoke there is FIRE

I worked at Sanderson Farms full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast Paced Environment, benefits after 90 days, good pay, anyone can work there.

    Cons

Hard challenging workplace, some supervisors do not know how to do their job sometimes or will not listen to subordinates. People do not want to work sometimes and go to the bathroom for long periods of time.

    Advice to Management

Listen to subordinates if they have a good point to make. Make sure people do not spend 30 minutes in the bathroom.
