    Pay and benefits are good, ethical leadership, great technical diversity and talent, Excellent opportunities to learn outside your own field, variety of locations (New Mexico, California, Nevada, Texas), Connections to Lockheed Martin as a parent company

    Cons

    Security restrictions may be cumbersome to some, Government and internal rules may be perceived as too bureaucratic, elimination of defined benefit pension impacts older workers
