    Disorganized. The hiarchy of management lead to the failure of the company.

    Lots of good experience,got to wear lots of hats

    Students dictated how they were to be taught, standards were not supported by dean.

    Lack of honest communication from corporate and upper management. Salary

    Advice to Management

    Don't hold town meetings assuring employees that all is well and during the town meeting call employees out to let them know they are losing their jobs.

    Pay was good when and if you brought it up. If you acted like it was no big deal you would easily get low balled.

    Long hours, work-life balance was nonexistent.

    Sanford Brown College was a great place to teach and interact with students. The management was very supportive

    One of the down falls of working at Sanford Brown was that pay was not that great.
