    Pros

Constant challenge. Quick moving. Lots to learn. Allowed to handle big projects fairly early on in your tenure at the firm.

    Cons

LONGGG hours. Terribly slow computer system that makes even simple tasks take hours. Somewhat of an air of competition bred between co-workers.

    Advice to Management

Make training for series tests more of an initial focus. Check in regularly with new hires to discuss how they fit and how they feel about their new careers.
