I worked at Sankalp Semiconductor full-time

    Pros

    Good Work Environment, Friendly People

    Cons

    1) Salary are very very very Low - Lateral Hires with less experience get good pay, But freshers and experienced in house take years to reach a good salary

    2) HR is very weak- Can't take strict actions when Manager is on wrong side. They just obey the decisions taken by manager ( good or bad)

    3) Managers get very very high salary as compared to juniors who actually do more work than them . The difference is not justifiable at all.

    4) No job security as compared to other corporates.

    5) Dictatorship by managers

    6) Juniors cant reach higher management when their manager is wrong. Weight-age is always given to managers

    Advice to Management

    1) Retain existing people- just don't go on removing people because managers feel so.. Have a good feedback system to understand why employees are not motivated under any manager or project

    2) Salary is pathetic to freshers and Mid level employees who slog day and night at work.
