    The best reasons to work at i can say i enjoy my work , in every small or big task i would to complete it on time with perfectness.

    Downsides could be i would not like the days where there is no work

    Bay Area manufacturing
    6 Billion dollar momentum

    Cons

    1.-lack of team working
    2.-To many silo teams with in manufacturing plants
    3.-No flexibility to Bill of Material formats and manufacturing processes
    4.-Slow to onboard new customer
    5.-On boarding of new customer and NPI is an internal battle (Project managers knowingly and unknowingly are mostly in antagonist mode).
    6.- Complexe and lack of consistency in Preparation and tracking of:
          6.1 Invoices
          6.2 Vendor management Purchase orders and payments
          6.3 Accounts receivables
          6.4 Commission sharing

    Advice to Management

    The new CEO has a challenge ahead to improve supportive relationships between company members and eradicate antagonism. for example
    True adoption of Agile and Lean methodology
    Having Agile data entry format is not the only component to implementing Agile. Need to be enforce by Scrum masters and many more elements of Agile.

    Great People - A work culture that respects people. Tremendous Technology capabilities. Tremendous investments in core technologies and very customer service focused.

    No training, every issue has a bandaid affect instead of rectifying the problem, management lies to get you on board, horrible pay

    Speak to your employees other than when you need something and start holding people accountable
