    Pros

Great place to work, lots of opportunity to learn new technologies and meet some great people.

    Cons

Upward mobility is somewhat constrained. Work is good, mobility not so much.

    Advice to Management

No advice for management at this time, I am not a manager, and really don't want to be.

I worked at Sanmina as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Good caring people that genuinely want to help you grow your career and give you some good experience.

    Cons

I wish they had more to do. Wasnt busy all the time and sometimes my bosses were too busy to help me out.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to have enough for the intern to do. They need to gain more experience and training to better themselves and their career.

    Pros

Good company in the EMS space, lots of opportunity to grow and excel, strategy is getting more defined.

    Cons

You are sometimes stuck in the division that you are in, there is not a lot of ability to transfer to other groups if you are part of a business unit/factory.

    Advice to Management

breakout of the EMS stigma, look at your competitors and what they are doing and figure out how to be one step ahead of them.

    Pros

Management is great. Most jobs I've been to this would be my biggest complaint and while they don't exactly come out to the floor and give everyone on the floor a daily hug, they don't expect you to be robots or constantly complain to you if you make mistakes.

    Cons

The pay could be better. Based off of what I hear, other companies doing the same thing pays more than sanmina. They say they are working on improving here and they seem to be slowly following through with that.

    Pros

Great team. Great bosses. Really understood my schooling and education came first and kept my benefits in mind over everything else.

    Cons

Pay was not the best. OTher employers offered me more, and when I tried to talk with HR about pay when getting hired they couldnt budge on my hourly pay.

    Advice to Management

My bosses did a great job. Get advice from lower people in the organization. They often know what the workers want more than the higher ups.
