    Pros

    Good pay, none, none, none, none, none and more none. Franingham is the worst site I have ever worked. Worst leadership. No drug testing and it shows.

    Cons

    Horrible upper management and leadership. Nonexistent HR. Zero development and staff retention. Expect to deliver a 1% raise for most members of your staff and a 2% raise for you as a top performer.

    Advice to Management

    Learn basic GMP. One star as I had to.

    People are great to work with. Benefits are good and so is the 401k.

    Upper management has their favorites. Reviews only benefit the favorites.

    Pros

    International strong company with alot of different people. Strong training courses and nice welcoming.

    Cons

    Short term contracts. High chance of getting kicked out after a year or two.
    The wages have been dropped significantly in the past years.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in strong motivated people. And make sure you don't pressure the work folks too much. Especially not with the low wages you offer in Europe.
