    Pros

Great benefits, good people, vacations s holiday time is very generous. They have great drugs and are all about the patient.

    Cons

Hard to be promoted. But that is Sales in general. I would recommend this company to anyone. A lot of fun to work here.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Sanofi US full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits....great people! Onsite Wakgreebs, General physicians office, Fitness Center and large cafeteria.

    Cons

Not all the same policy. Some employees are allowed to work from home at least 2 days per week. Other managers don't allow work from home or flex time. Not consistent.

    Advice to Management

Sr Leaders (not on the Board level) need to motivate their people more. Everyone is too busy to recognize the hard work being done by the lower levels and administrative assistants. The open workspace is fine, but hoteling is not conducive for Admins.

    Pros

Decent pay and nice benefits. Can definitely earn a nice living. If you enjoy meeting new people and learning about new products then this could be a good career for you.

Frequent changes in positions. Just when you've built up your territory and developed good relationships with your customers, they switch you to someplace new and you have to start all over.

    Advice to Management

    Better communication

I have been working at Sanofi US full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good benefits, vacation, nice campus.

    Cons

Unfortunately, not many employees can tell you where the company is headed. Perpetual reorganizations create an illusion of progress but self serving middle and upper management remain in place by presenting rewarmed ideas that keep them employed until the next "change." The industry changes so fast, but the company seems unable to anticipate these changes because US based managers, for example, shield French-based upper management from the industry trends in the major markets. The result is a behemoth that operates by the seat of its pants when faced with diminishing revenues. Local legal management seems deer struck with forseable freight trains of patent cliffs. Innovation yields to disorganization until, you guessed it, the next reorg. And the cycle continues while legal management remains in place for years without any value added.

    Advice to Management

Consider hiring people from other companies with a more innovative culture.
