    Pros

At the Title 1 school I was at, the school and donors provided school supplies and materials to teachers and to all students who needed them. They have a commitment to high standards for all students. There is some good curriculum in place. There is good access to technology, and the district is committed to improving technology access. Salary is good.

    Cons

The district is working to improve their programs for English Language Learners. Health insurance is expensive if you do not have children. It is good if you have children.
