    Really good coworkers and culture that will be inclusive every single day.

    There aren't really any downsides.

    Pros

    Salary is competitive, people are nice to work with, very low stress work environment. Do our best to provide quality education for the children we care for.

    Cons

    Stretched thin with resources and staffing, more could be done to hold people accountable for their work or lack thereof.

    Advice to Management

    Provide more feedback to staff. Provide more opportunities for people to share their talents

    This used to be a great district to work in.

    The district office and administration are dysfunctional.

    Well-supported by the Principal who later became an Assistant Superintenden.t

    Cons

    Classroom located next to auto shop which resulted in fumes in our room.

    Are able to work with children

    Very strict with overtime hours. They do not approve any overtime hours yet ask you to work overtime without the pay. Forget to give you breaks

    The work environment (staff, teachers, and students) was great. It was a pleasure to get up and go to work everyday!

    Cons

    Some of the challenges in this job are related to the work being done. You have to very good at multi-tasking, follow-up, and paperwork.

    Hours are good. Great job for people with younger kids since there isn't much to worry about with daycare.

    Long term decisions of school board not agreeable with most people.
